These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the McWellness website and services. By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. McWellness is the trading name of McWellness L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, business licence 2648591.01.

Nature of Our Services

McWellness provides Neurofeedback, QEEG Brain Mapping and Compassionate Inquiry-informed sessions as a wellness and self-regulation support service. We are a wellness practice, not a licensed medical clinic, and not an emergency service.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Compassionate Inquiry support is currently provided on a trainee basis, with qualification expected by February 2027.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Every individual is unique. Experiences and outcomes vary, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Suitability

An initial consultation helps determine whether our services may be appropriate for you. Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek other professional support.

Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Booking requests made through the McWellness UAE app become appointments only when the practice confirms them. The price is shown before you confirm. VAT is added only once the practice is registered for it; the invoice says which.

You may move or cancel a confirmed visit free of charge more than 24 hours ahead. Within 24 hours, when a visit cannot go ahead once the practitioner has arrived, or when nobody is home for a confirmed visit, a call-out fee of AED 150 applies (plus VAT once the practice is registered). Sessions in a package are never taken for a cancellation.

Prepaid packages cover the sessions stated when purchased and are not transferable between households. Packages are valid for twelve months from purchase. If you stop early, unused sessions are refunded as set out in “Bookings, packages and fees”. Payment is by cash, bank transfer or payment link; invoices and receipts are issued through the app.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, branding, the McWellness name and the “McWellness Journey” framework — is the property of McWellness and may not be reproduced without permission.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for general information about our services. It is offered “as is”, and we make no warranties as to its accuracy or continuous availability.

You agree not to misuse the website or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McWellness shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
